 Our recent projects include: 


  • Lawful Development Certificate. To confirm the existing use of  the land for a civil engineering yard, Broughton Hackett (Wychavon District Council).  This regularises the use of the land so as to allow the applicant's company to remain and therefore provide business certainty.
  • Successful appeal and award of appeal costs against the council in relation to the use of space above a domestic garage. Pensham (Wychavon District Council). The appealed application was to remove an old, unduly restrictive planning condition so as to allow the domestic use of the area above the existing garage.
  • Planning and Listed Building Consent approval for internal subdivision to create two 'Class E' (Commercial, Business and Service uses)  units  and internal alterations. New shop front to 104 Promenade, Cheltenham (Cheltenham Borough Council).
  • Prior Approval for change of use from agricultural building to two dwellings. Barn at Pensham, Nr. Pershore (Wychavon District Council).
  • Temporary siting of a mobile home for a rural worker dwelling for 3 years. This will allow the applicant to live at the property and consolidate the existing stables business (Wychavon District Council).
  • Planning approval for 'Installation of 186 no. free-standing solar panels' (Cornwall Council). This was allowed on land near to and serving holiday accommodation.
  • Listed Building Consent for 'Internal alterations to existing retail commercial unit', in town centre. (Cheltenham Borough Council)
  • Lawful Development Certificate. To confirm the existing use of  the land as garden serving the dwelling. (Malvern Hills District Council).
  • 'Creation of new agricultural access'  planning permission. The application was allowed after overcoming objections from the county highway authority (Malvern Hills District Council).
  • Planning Approval and Listed Building Consent for two different designs; one a single storey and the other for a 2 storey rear extension. The cottage sits in the AONB  and conservation area, Warmington, Warks.  The 2 storey extension was approved at planning committee contrary to the officer's recommendation (Stratford on Avon District Council)
  • Planning Approval for gazebo and shed (retrospective). In grounds of a barn conversion (Malvern Hills District Council).
  • Prior Approval for the proposed change of use from commercial, business and service to dwelling house,  Church Street, Evesham (Wychavon District Council)
  • Outline application and Section 106 Agreement for the development of 4 self-build bungalows and access (all other matters reserved). Land North Of, Blacksmiths Lane, Cropthorne (Wychavon District Council)
  • Full Application for the erection of a bungalow (self-build) and associated works. Chapel Street, Badsey, Evesham (Wychavon District Council)
  • Planning Permission for Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 9 no. apartments with off-street parking and associated works. Wyche Road, Malvern (Malvern Hills District Council)
  • Advertisement Consent for three-sided free standing sign within curtilage of the building. Oxford Road, Moseley, Birmingham (Birmingham City Council)
  • Householder planning approval. Increase roof height to existing garage, erection of car port and logstore. Wick Road, Little Comberton (Wychavon District Council)
  • Planning permission. Proposed use of existing ancillary accommodation as a mixed use to include ancillary use and holiday let use Somers Road, Malvern (Malvern Hills District Council)
  • Householder planning approval. Erection of a two storey rear and single storey side extensions. (Stratford-on-Avon District Council)
  • Planning Permission.  Change of use to visitor accommodation (self-catering holiday let). Pensham, Pershore (Wychavon District Council)
  • Prior approval. Class Q.  Change of use from agricultural building to 2 dwellings (Use Class C3) together with associated curtilage land and for building operations reasonably necessary to convert the building. Pensham, Pershore (Wychavon District Council)
  • Lawful Development Certificate for the existing use of the of the major part of the building for offices for a period of more than 10 years. Upper Hook Road, Upton Upon Severn (Malvern Hills District Council)
  • Change of use from residential dwelling (Use Class C3) to children's day nursery (Use Class E) and associated external alterations. Oxford Road, Moseley, Birmingham (Birmingham City Council)
  • Outline application for the erection of 9 houses and the improvement of existing access to serve the development. Crow Hill, Upton Bishop, Ross on Wye (Herefordshire District Council)
  • Retrospective planning approval for replacement agricultural building. Hook Norton (Cherwell District Council)
  • Prior approval. Class Q.  Change of use from agricultural building to 1 dwelling (Use Class C3) together with associated curtilage land and for building operations reasonably necessary to convert the building. (Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council)
  • Planning Permission. Change of use of existing dwelling (C3) to Veterinary Practice (D1,) to facilitate the expansion of existing D1 use  operating on the ground floor. External alterations to frontage to include alterations. High Street, Henley-in-Arden (Stratford-on-Avon District Council)
